**The client**:
Our client is a leading global Property company who are looking for a Retail Manager and a Property Administrator for a portfolio of shopping centres and Retail assets.

The role is full time and will run for 3 months.

**Your role will include**:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of Retail assets
- Assist with lease negotiations, rent reviews and legal documentation
- Managing financial budgets and ensuring optimum efficiency
- Provide excellent tenant services
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Work the Administration and Facilities team to ensure assets are managed to the highest standards
- Carry out all work in line with company expectations and requirements

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Retail Property Management or Property Administration
- A strong understanding of Property and the will to want to grow within your career
- Strong written and verbal communication
