Permanent, full-time opportunity for experienced Property (Leasing) Paralegal

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with a team of impressive, yet approachable lawyers and other Paralegals as you support the Property Management needs of one of Australia's leading businesses.

You’ll have hands‑on involvement with leasing files across a national portfolio, liaising with property and development managers as you draft leases, licences, option deeds, deeds of work and more. You’ll have autonomous responsibility, yet become an integral part of a busy, cohesive and friendly team.

Reporting directly to a Senior Property Lawyer, you’ll join a team that has a commitment to work/life balance. While this opportunity is offered with full‑time hours, early/late start‑times and hybrid working flexibility can be accommodated. (Office hours can either be in both Sydney CBD or NorWest.)

About you

To be considered for this rare opportunity:

- you will have three years+ experience as a Property Paralegal

- you will bring extensive experience in commercial and/or retail leasing and have the ability to self‑manage leasing files; and

- you are committed to working as a (Career) Paralegal on a permanent, full‑time basis.

- you’ll also be tech‑focused and commercially savvy - ready to work in a fast‑paced business.
