About the Role
As a result of recent and ongoing successes, we’re excited to invite applications for Property and Construction Project Manager positions based in Newcastle (NSW). These roles span both our Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property and Retail portfolios as part of the broader Property team and provide an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our community.

About you
- Preferred qualifications: Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, or engineering (such as mechanical & electrical design or trade background also).
- 4 – 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus in Property‑related projects (sectors such as Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property and Retail).
- Proven experience with client‑side consultancy or similar roles.
- A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture.
