Our client, a boutique property investment firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join their team. Offering an above-market salary and the opportunity to work from home. You will have the chance to oversee a portfolio of properties (capped to 180) in the Newcastle area, ensuring their long-term care and success.

Our client prioritises building relationships with owners and tenants and taking a long-term view of caring for properties. The portfolio is growing through word-of-mouth referrals, and we need a skilled and motivated Property Manager to help take the team to the next level.

In this role, you will work alongside Buyers Agents and Investment Property Consultants who share your commitment to Best Practice guidelines. You will have the opportunity to achieve outstanding results for our clients and grow professionally, with the potential to oversee our team and portfolio in 2-3 years.

If you have:

- At least 3 years of experience in residential property management,
- A real estate license or are working towards it,
- and reside in the Newcastle area with knowledge of the local rental market, we want to hear from you.
