Central Advice Coach

**The opportunity**

Key focus areas for this role include:

- Play an important role in influencing and driving changes for continuous improvement. Provide ongoing insights and feedback to the business to continually enhance the end-to-end advice delivery experience.

**How you will make an impact**
Specific focus areas for the Central Advice Coach are;
- Review and respond to questions received from the advice network (adviser and support staff), ensuring appropriate coaching and guidance is provided addressing any gaps in knowledge and/or skills around regulatory requirements, AMP policies, processes and standards.
- Understanding the end-to-end advice process to ensure effective communication and guidance in line with the root cause of the guidance/coaching sought.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams to share feedback and provide suggestions on how to improve what we do.
- Support various business and team initiatives (as required).
- Record activities, identified gaps, outcomes and insights in the designated manner and software enabling effective analysis of data and continuous improvement enhancements.
- Provide effective and consistent communication of updates from the business to Practice Managers, Advisers and support teams. This includes relevant guidance off the back of Licensee standards, Regulatory, Software, Documentation, Tools or Advice process updates.
- Attend management meetings amongst other things to discuss insights on current gaps and trends (as required).
- Be able to prioritise tasks and priorities in a commercial manner.
- Manage the execution of tasks and delivery of service within service expectations.
- Create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability

**What you will bring to the role**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Financial Planning industry
- Previous experience in working in an advice practice and have a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process involved in the delivery of advice (highly regarded)
- Understanding of relevant regulations, governance, and compliance frameworks (highly regarded)
- Relevant Financial Planning qualifications
- XPLAN knowledge
