We here at TOM Executive have partnered with one of Australia's largest Industry Superannuation companies to recruit a Team Coach within their General Advice team.

  • Permanent role based anywhere on the east coast of Australia

  • Flexible hybrid working offered

  • One of Australia's largest Superannuation firms

Overview of the role:

You will serve as a Coach within the General Advice team, while providing technical expertise, coaching and support to the team providing General Financial Advice.

  • Support targeted coaching to improve leader and consultant competency to provide General and/or personal Advice, this includes (but not limited to) the General Advice upskill program and sign off, monthly coaching and ongoing development to support results achievement.

  • Monitor and coach to feedback provided by Guidance and Advice team on referral quality and conversion of referral opportunities

  • Work alongside the Capability team to uplift and monitor current conversation guides and frameworks to ensure general and personal advice needs are incorporated into conversations as relevant.

Your Background:

  • You will have worked in the advice field (preferably as an advisor) and moved into an educational or management role within Superannuation

  • Looking to further develop your management and/or coaching skills

  • RG146 is a minimum requirement
