The opportunity:

We are searching for an outstanding Advice Manager to lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated financial planners. Your team will be responsible for providing customer-centric and holistic financial advice by delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience.

To do this successfully you will:
- Create a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and training your team and nurturing their professional development- Have a true passion for achieving the best results for clients- Effectively lead you team through business change initiatives- Execute the business strategy within a risk management and operational policy framework- A passionate leader who has experience coaching and mentoring financial advisors- Drive and determination to create a high-performance culture- Change resilience with demonstrated experience leading teams through change- A passion for wellbeing and the role financial advice can play in supporting financial, physical, and mental wellbeing
