**Your next career opportunity**
As the Program Coordinator for the Asialink Business Academy at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of building Australia's Asia capability. You will coordinate and support the delivery of executive learning solutions, both virtual and in-person, engaging with diverse stakeholders from business, government, and academia. This role offers you the chance to contribute significantly to Australia's engagement with Asia while developing your skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Program Coordination**: Manage the operational and administrative aspects of Academy programs, ensuring smooth delivery of virtual and in-person executive learning solutions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Liaise with program participants, facilitators, speakers, and partners to ensure excellent communication and experiences.
- **Content Development**: Support the creation of program materials, marketing collateral, and communications using various digital tools.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate venue arrangements, online delivery tools, and ensure compliance with protocols and budgets.

You are a proactive and organised professional with a strong interest in Asia-Australia engagement, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.

**You may also**:

- Have experience in administration of executive education programs with business professionals (essential).
- Possess skills in instructional design and virtual/hybrid program delivery (desirable).
- Have a professional qualification with relevant experience in administration or program management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, CRM databases, and project management tools.
- Possess growing skills in graphic design using tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Have experience or interest in Asia and Asia-Australia engagement.
