**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their temporary staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional follow up.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client portfolio with our business development team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future opportunities, utilising our current pool of employees.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in recruitment from in-house or agency, preferably managing a pool of temporary employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
