What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our growth sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier healthcare talent. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where your ideas are welcomed, and your impact is real.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Leveraging LinkedIn's advanced tools to uncover and engage passive talent.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both candidate and client.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact to offer negotiation.
  • Driving continuous improvement in our recruitment strategies and processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment healthcare experience is a bonus.
  • A strong grasp of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate engagement.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn to build pipelines and connect with hard to reach talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms is preferred.
