**The Position**

**PLEASE NOTE this is a permanent full-time role - hybrid role, 2 days per week WFH, 3 days per week in our Melbourne CBD office.**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with our Industry (Account) Managers and other Terra Firma employees to learn and understand Terra Firma and our clients’ businesses and their requirements
- Develop and place job advertisements for specific business and client requirements
- Understand skills and experience of existing/upcoming consultants and match them with upcoming opportunities
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic talent specialist and team player who understands the importance of their role and the value of Talent Acquisition to an organisation
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent and internal ATSs
- Relishes a fast paced and ever-changing environment and priorities
- Ability to work across permanent and fast paced contract roles
- Consulting organisation experience highly regarded
