We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant with strong expertise in technical recruitment to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing top IT and technology professionals while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Source and attract top technical talent using advanced strategies across job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical expertise, cultural alignment, and career goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews, gather feedback, and support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies to strengthen recruitment positioning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
  • Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

*Qualifications*

  • Experience: 4–6 years in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within IT services or consulting environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT and technology roles, including software development, cloud, data, and DevOps.
  • Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, and keyword-based strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet recruitment timelines effectively.
