**The Firm**

Our client is a premier Australian commercial law firm with offices

in Melbourne and Sydney. They provide strategic legal and commercial advice to a diverse range of Australian and international corporations, high-net worth

individuals, and large family businesses.

**The Role**

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for implementing the firm's

talent acquisition strategy to ensure they are acquiring the best talent in the

market and the brand is positioned as an employer of choice.

You will be involved in planning and managing talent acquisition across the

firm including assisting with the firms high volume annual seasonal clerk and

graduate recruitment process. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide

practical solutions to meet the firms current and future talent acquisition

The role is busy and varied, with shifting priorities based on changes in

hiring demands across the firm. It provides an opportunity to work with key

stakeholders across the firm, within a collaborative and high performing team

focused on professional growth and on-going career development

**About you**

You are an experienced recruiter/talent acquisition consultant with at least 2

years internal or external recruitment experience either in an agency or in
- house role gained within the professional services sector.

You are looking to join a team where you have variety in your day-to-day

duties and have exposure to the full HR function. You have highly developed

organisational skills, a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to

prioritise work in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.

You will be a go-getter with exceptional communication and client management

skills and have a desire to launch your career in a supportive team within an

environment that is committed to the very best.
