This dynamic ACT precinct is searching for customer service officers to represent the company to stakeholders
**Your new company**
The Customer Service Officer is to provide professional and superior customer service to the commercial precinct as well as providing relief assistance to the Property Customer Service team when required. The Customer Service Officer’s purpose is to use their initiative and drive to improve the interaction and customer service as they represent their employer well to the public.

**Your new role**
This role will be the face of the precinct and greet customers as soon as they enter, the successful applicant will work closely with the security team to report any suspicious behaviour, reporting all incidents and accidents whilst on shift. Other day to day duties will include;
- Traffic management including monitoring and controlling all ground transportation at the precinct. This includes vehicle presence at kerbside (pickup/drop-off), loading zones, pedestrian access, taxi, bus, VIP movements, and hire car operations.
- Direction of passengers and assistance as required (e.g. assisting visually or mobility impaired persons)
- Reporting of all notable occurrences to management (for example Media presence)
- Operation of all parking control equipment in accordance with training and experience
- Observation of all security recommendations and protocols
- Confirmation of ad-hoc parking requests from tenants
- Incident & WHS Hazard reports
- Data entry as required for weekly/monthly reports.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High delivery of service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational and time management skills
- Previous facilities administration experience is desirable
- Ability to work autonomously
- Hold the values of handwork, transparency and kindness in high regard
