Seeking full-time Customer Service Officer role based in Canberra.

**Your new company**
This customer-owned social enterprise is seeking an immediate, enthusiastic, and outgoing customer service person who would like to start their career in finance. In this company, you will be providing access to financial/banking and community solutions to members/customer.

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful applicant, you be able to start immediately, travel to 3 branches located in Deakin, Belconnen and Tuggeranong and work on full-time basis.

In the customer service role, your duties will include:

- Being first point of contact to the customers and members
- Engaging with customers daily and handling general customer enquiries
- Handling transactions and have everyday banking conversations with the customers
- Reaching out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products as you provide financial advice and seamless service

It would be highly desirable if you have:

- Sales, retail and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to explain and convey information coherently and confidently, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with computers
- Banking experience desirable, but not mandatory.
