In the role of National Key Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing current client accounts (businesses nationwide) by answering incoming queries, assisting with purchase orders, minute taking, sales proposals and invoicing.

Key details:

- Full time, permanent role
- $65,000 plus super
- Full training provided
- Flexible work from home options

You will:

- Be the primary point of contact for all phases of service delivery to key client accounts
- Assist with client invoicing, purchase orders, and sales proposals
- Provide guidance to key clients to ensure they can access online training portals
- Provide tender and other administration support as required
- Proactively clarify the needs of key client accounts on an ongoing basis
- Maintain the inhouse CRM system by updating client information and keeping a log of all communication
- Identify areas for business growth opportunities with new or existing client portfolio’s

Experience required:

- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role within an office environment
- Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Excellent multitasking skills and computer literacy

Bonus:

- Exposure to the emergency training/fire risk industry
- B2B sales experience
- Account management experience
- Invoicing and financial modelling experience
