The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne, Regional Victoria and interstate.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking a casual Client Services Representative who brings enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to providing top-notch service. This busy front-of-house role requires you to be the welcoming face of MVSC, ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional.
- Minimum 2 years’ reception or client services experience (essential)
- Experience in veterinary or health industries (highly regarded)
- Initiative and adaptability with strong multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with reliability and flexibility
- A calm, empathetic approach to customer interactions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients professionally and warmly at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and referring veterinarians
- Answer telephones and manage communications
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate client files and records
- Organise post and couriers
- Process payments and finalise transactions
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
