This individual will be responsible for supervising cleaning operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision and Training**: Oversee cleaning staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections to verify that cleaning tasks meet established quality benchmarks.
- **Customer Interaction**: Manage client communications, address concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Organize staff schedules and coordinate cleaning assignments efficiently.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning best practices and health regulations.
- Ability to handle scheduling and administrative tasks efficiently.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $28.00 - $40.26 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
