**The Role**:
This role will involve working a 38-hour week from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The overall objective of the Customer Service Officer is to provide a high level of quality service to the external and internal customer and to ensure that company policies are adhered to. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responding to call enquiries on products and services
- Phone sales of parts and products
- Processing orders
- Logging and resolving of customer complaints on a retail and wholesale level
- Escalating issues to relevant sales representatives when required
- Ensuring all calls are logged and accurately captured
- Following up on issues to determine completion
- Responding to Facebook queries and complaints

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Strong customer service background
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
- Achieve a 96% Grade of Service with incoming calls weekly
- Aim to have customer issues sorted within 48 hours, with action taken if not met
- 24 hour follow ups on all issues
- Achieve a minimum of one quarter of the teams weekly sales target
