**Waverley Motor Group** is currently seeking a positive, well-presented and customer-focused **Service Receptionist **with excellent communication skills to join our team at our multiple **d**ealerships.**

**About The Role**:

- Answering the Phone in a timely manner
- Update repair orders as required.
- Complete service banking.
- Follow up back orders of parts in a timely manner.
- Assist with service customer inquiries.
- Log all telephone calls as required.

**Do You Have**:

- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Exceptional organisational skill
- Exceptional phone manner
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Previous Service Department and ERA experience preferred.
