**Position: Digital Print Production Team Member** **Location: Eight Mile Plains Centre, Brisbane**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A track record of delivering fantastic customer service.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in digital print production or a similar role.
- Graphic design abilities to work on software's Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Commercial printing machine operating experience will be handy
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and processes.

We are looking to bring in a great person to join the team from January 2025. The most important thing we're looking for is someone with an excellent attitude. If you enjoy working in a small team and being "on the go" all day we'd love to hear from you.

This role will be a combination of all the basic jobs that make the Centre function well, meaning the role will have quite a bit of variety for you. You will be learning many skills required to finish documents for clients, such as guillotining and binding as well as everything else to help make the Centre run like clockwork.

There will be some computer based work... not a lot, but you need to be comfortable with technology and be happy to learn how to use some of our systems and software. There are lots of machines that go “whirr” and “click” that have combinations of digital and mechanical setup - meaning you need to be confident wrestling them into submission to give you the result we need.

As a printing company we buy a fair bit of paper (which is heavy) and ship out a lot of boxes of printed stuff (which is also heavy). You don't need to be a weight lifter, but you need to be comfortable handling boxes of paper on a regular basis.

MBE Eight Mile Plains is part of a really big international group, but each Centre is individually owned and operated. So we don't have the politics of a big company, but we do play a part in something huge.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 36 per week
