**Description**

**About the role**
- The Digital Technical Lead will lead the team of digital developers, ensuring optimal performance and continuous quality improvement, in order to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services to both internal and external customers.
- Mentor team members, provide technical training, maintain a responsible, accountable, and productive team culture. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with the wider technology and enterprise team to ensure all deliveries are supported by the correct architectural implementation.
- Lead all aspects of technical delivery including development, design, estimations, and quality and review the completed work efficiently.
- Take a lead role in ensuring that existing production systems continue to run efficiently with mínimal interruptions and continue to provide functionality and features deemed necessary for continuation of business.

**About you**
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
- Proven experience in systems development, design, implementation, QA & testing.
- Ability to co-ordinate and communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure that any problems are promptly solved.
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Technology stack.
- Thorough experience using both AWS and Azure cloud products and services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Octopus.
- Sitecore and Xamarin or Maui experience is highly desirable.
