As we continue to bring new products to the market, we are looking to bring on board a Customer Service Representative to support our Trade customers through the Warranty process.

You will be responsible in collaborating and supporting our trade customers, accounts and end consumers by providing and processing information in response to warranties, enquiries, orders, concerns, requests and technical advice about Rhino-Rack products and services.

You will be responsible for;
Answering phone calls within the SLAs.

Providing answers and advice on general and technical enquiries

Freight enquiries and freight issues

Returns enquiries

Assisting other departments

Maintaining data integrity for Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Assisting in quotes & sales

Support in continuous improvement initiatives

Assisting in special jobs for Sales Reps

May be called upon to attend weekends trade shows

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in the role you should have the following;
2 years’ experience in similar role

Communication - verbal and written

Interpersonal skills & teamwork

Self-Management skills

Problem solving & decision making

Planning & organisation

Adherence to company policy & safety rules

Attendance & punctuality
