The customer service role is to provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams including our wide customer base

Your ability to build strong relationships with internal staff and our customers will be an essential part of the role.

You will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability work independently solve any issues that may arise and be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment in order to ensure the business meets the timeslot deliveries and pickups requirements.

**About you**:

- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the logistics, freight, or delivery service industries.
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
- Ability to organise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple timelines and priorities consistently.
- Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service. Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude.
