Our client, a leading Auto Accessories Wholesaler is seeking a highly experienced **Customer Service Representative **to support their team in Knoxfield in a 6 month fixed term contract.
**About the role**
Our client is an Australian owned and operated company behind several innovative and market-leading brands operating within the automotive industry with a warm and welcoming culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Customer Service and Administration who is task-focused, highly organised, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer enquires
- Provide excellence in end-to-end service delivery
- liaising with Freight companies
- Invoicing and credit queries
- Data entry
- Adhoc Administration
**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:
- Strong customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work independently and self-manage tight deadlines.
