About the Role

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be in direct contact with trade customers, accounts and end consumers by providing and processing information in response to enquiries, orders, concerns, requests and technical advice about Rhino-Rack products and services.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls promptly
- Processing and invoicing purchase orders
- Providing answers and advice on general and technical enquiries
- Freight enquiries and freight issues
- Returns and warranty enquiries
- Assisting other departments enquiries
- Entering nonconformance (NCR) reports and disputes when required
- Assisting in quotes & sales
- Assisting in special jobs for Sales Reps
- May be called upon to attend weekend trade shows
