An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Social Media & Marketing Coordinator** to join a dynamic team at FINE-DAY.

This role will actively contribute to FINE-DAY's brand communication efforts, with a specific focus on social media and PR.

**THE ROLE**:

- Schedule and tag products on social media platforms on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Specialist to plan content strategies.
- Work closely with the internal team to manage talent/influencer relationships, content briefings, and approvals.
- Monitor social channels daily, provide insights through reporting, and manage community interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content specific to each social media platform.
- Assist in developing ideas for influencer partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with centre management teams to maximize exposure and promotion.
- Coordinate marketing materials for upcoming campaigns and new store openings.
- Assist in the planning of in-store and special events.
- Assist in talent coordination for events.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing coordination.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
