**Your contribution to this role will be**:
- Liaise with local government applicants to facilitate submissions under the Disaster Recovery Funding (DRFA) arrangements and other forms of funding, including registration of proposal/funding information through QRA's online portal.
- Facilitate, collate, and support direct submission and registration of proposal information provided on behalf of local government and other applicants.
- Support local government and other applicants seeking further information on DRFA funding program, including liaising with Regional Liaison Officers or Operations' assessments teams as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders particularly local government applicants and delivery agencies, and other business areas of QRA.
- Work with and across divisions of QRA to ensure the timely and successful assessment of submissions.
- Format, coordinate and finalise briefing papers, correspondence, reports and other information in compliance with the QRA templates and requirements.
- Provide operational support with travel bookings, correspondence, onboarding and report preparation to support administrative functions across the division, including mail merge.
- Provide feedback and updates to Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Assessors and Assessors on the collation of assessment materials.
- Ensure that the evidence, research and administrative documentation required for assessment, program performance or inspections proposals is accurate, complete and ready to enter the assessment process.
- Liaise with applicants or delivery agents to obtain additional information for assessment where administrative documentation is missing, inconsistent or incomplete.
- Provide feedback and updates on the use of the registration portal, including identifying emerging trends and escalating more complex issues.
