**How will I help?**

Reporting to our Head of Strategic Partnerships, Centre of Excellence (COE), your role will be critical in delivering the future state for Strategic Partnering, supporting the business to reach their goals through strong partnerships offshore. Your role will assess the entire Strategic Partnering value chain and uplift the core activities and reporting required to deliver leading practice and manage key risks involved in the Strategic Partnering approach.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Enterprise to build and maintain Strategic Partnerships that achieve agreed business, customer, and transformation outcomes at an aggregate level for business and knowledge processing.
- Support the Business in transitioning, optimising and transforming activities that are performed by Strategic Partners, ensuring that risks are managed and opportunities are maximized.
- Support the Business in transforming their processes by leveraging Strategic Partner capabilities namely, Lean Six Sigma, automation and Generative AI tooling.
- Set up leading practice reporting that is complementary and value add to existing governance reporting and drives leading practice insights and outcomes.
- Work closely with different teams across Westpac (e.g., Procurement, Service Delivery, Finance) to leverage scale and competitiveness, as well as senior stakeholder management.

**What do I need**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within Financial Services or Consulting
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes
- Experience in managing teams directly and across different functions
- Experience in leading large-scale Strategic Partnering initiatives, with expertise in managing vendors and partners (advantageous) in various jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering both IT outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) as part of a business transformation (advantageous)
- Strong business analytical skills to improve reporting and insights across the value chain.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and transformation within banking and financial services.
- Experience and accreditation in Lean/Six Sigma and Agile methodologies is desirable.
