  • Elevate the voice of executives on topics aligned with strategic goals and outcomes for customers and partners.
  • Develop points of view and opportunities for executives to have a voice on key topical issues; evolve communication platforms.

This role requires a strategic communications partner to provide counsel and support for high-profile external & internal communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive platform development & execution: Develop thought leadership content, social media content, speaking engagements, and support efforts driven by other communication practice areas.
  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies that build an inspiring employee experience, supporting our strong, vibrant culture and fostering a clear understanding of mission, goals, strategy, and success.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' communications experience – creating and implementing strategies and developing online content.
  • Demonstrated excellence in strategic storytelling, writing/editing, project management, strategic planning and execution, executive coaching, event management, crisis management/communications, change management, and multimedia communications.

You will be responsible for leading Internal Communications, designing, building, and rolling out creative employee communications programs, increasing awareness, understanding, engagement, and fostering a deep emotional connection across a broad employee base.
