  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a results-driven Partner Services Manager to execute our Professional Services Partnering strategy in the ANZ region. As the driving force behind our partnering strategy, you will collaborate with our partner sales teams to design and implement jointly successful go-to-market strategies, defining target markets, joint offerings, and rules of engagement.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and execute a GTM strategy with focus partners, defining target markets, joint offerings, and rules of engagement.
    2. Oversee the process for onboarding new services partners and ensure existing partners are continuously enabled on our latest features and best practices for delivery.
    3. Manage the commercial relationship, including master services agreements, subcontracting paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and compliant process for joint engagements.
    4. Work hand-in-hand with Snowflake partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities. Be accountable for building a robust, predictable pipeline, developing joint proposals, and helping our partners scale their business jointly with our services.
  • Requirements:
    • 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software or cloud technology company.
    • 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
    • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
    • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
    • Strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and the commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives at both Snowflake and our partners.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
