TOM Executive is excited to be partnering with a leading Sydney-based private equity firm to find an Executive Assistant to support their Founding Partner. Collaborating closely with the Partner and the wider team, you'll be instrumental in executing the firms long term vision including the launch of a brand new fund. We are searching for a strategic and professional Executive Assistant who has a proven track record of supporting at the C-Suite, Chair level or GM equivalent at a large financial organisation.

**Duties**:

- Support the Founding Partner in executing the firms exciting growth strategy
- Provide high-level Executive support to the Founding Partner including diary management, travel, expense reporting and other work-related requirements
- Board support as well as preparing agendas and minutes
- Provide administrative support to the wider team including office management duties and event support

Skills & Experience:

- Experienced Executive Assistant with at least 5 years' experience supporting at the C-Suite, Chair or GM level within a private equity or financial services firm
- Collaborative team player and ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience in managing projects and ability to problem-solve
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
