Job Title: Strategic HR Partner We are seeking a skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our team. This role will involve partnering with senior business leaders to understand business strategies and executing HR project management initiatives. About the Role:

  • Executing HR project management initiatives
  • Ensuring up-to-date working knowledge of employment regulations
  • Owner of award interpretation, contract compliance, and employment legislation
  • Leveraging data and analytics to develop employee performance metrics
  • Serving as a point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
 Requirements: 

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years as a People/HR Business Partner, prior start-up or SaaS experience, and strong experience in AUS/NZ legislation, Fair Work, and WHS.
