**Administrative Support Officer, Talent Acquisition**
- Clerk Grade 3/4 ($84,659 to $92,701 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)
- Two Full Time, Temporary positions available
(x1 up to 3months, x1 up to 6months)
- Flexible - McKell, Parramatta or Gosford

**About the Role**
As part of the Talent team, you’ll provide key administrative and support services to ensure a seamless recruitment process. In this fast-paced, supportive environment, you’ll be an essential part of the team. Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and processing pre-employment and background checks
- Preparing and issuing letters of offer and employment contracts
- Assisting with onboarding activities and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal teams to support recruitment activities

**About You**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- A strong customer service focus and passion for supporting people
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $84659 base plus superannuation
