The Role

We are looking for a driven and organised
Talent Acquisition Assistant
to join our growing Sydney team. In this role, you'll support the Talent Acquisition function in a variety of operational and strategic tasks. From sourcing talent to maintaining recruitment data, this is a great opportunity to develop foundational recruitment skills in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume phone screening and outreach to engage qualified candidates efficiently and effectively
  • Support administrative tasks, including updating recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress, and generating regular reports for the hiring team
  • Assist in sourcing candidates creatively and proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems, and social channels
  • Contribute to employer branding and outreach efforts through content, campaigns, and engagement strategies
  • Help prepare recruitment-related materials, such as interview guides, candidate summaries, and offer documents

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A second language is highly desirable
  • Background in business, sales, HR, communications, or data analytics is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to build a career in recruitment or HR
