**Blaze Staffing Solutions is an innovative recruitment and staffing agency with a focus on providing exceptional service to multiple industries in Melbourne.**

We are on the hunt for an experienced and talented **Sales/Business Development Professional** to join our highly motivated and proactive team in Melbourne to support the growth and expansion of the **Temporary Staffing/Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment Services** business.

Our focus markets include **Manufacturing, Warehousing/Distribution, and Industrial Trades/Maintenance.** Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients within the target Industrial markets, as well as assist in fostering relationships with the existing clients.

- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office, and exposure to Fasttrack 360 and Hubspot would be beneficial
- A valid Victorian driver's license
- The ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a small team
