**Responsibilities**:

Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity to join the BMA family has arisen in the **National Account Manager, On-Premise** based in **Sydney or Melbourne.** In this role you will report directly to the National Sales Manager, On-Premise Accounts and will play an integral part in the On-Premise sales team’s pursuit for market share growth and trade advocacy.

With a Founder’s mentality approach, you will be the owner of National On-Premise’s growth and success by driving customer centric collaboration across the business finding ways to deliver against our strategy and annual plan by:

- Managing key relationships, and leading joint business planning sessions with a designated group of customers to align and deliver on business goals
- Drive performance NSV growth, visibility, and profitability of BMA brands within these customers
- Maximising the ROI on national on-premise commercial agreements
- Effective budget management for trade investment, activation, contract A&P and T&E
- Actively identifying new business opportunities and move on them appropriately
- Adopting a founder’s mentality regarding on-premise performance and investments

Skills and Experience

You will be a role model of the Bacardi Family culture and embody this cultural pillar through excellent partnerships with our customers, building value-based cross-functional relationships, working with the On-Trade sales team to grow and succeed. All this will be combined with:

- A proven track record of performance and delivery paired with strong sales and brand building experience
- Key/National account management experience with relationships across National on-premise groups
- Knowledge of the structure and customers within the on-premise channel
- High level of commercial acumen and competitor knowledge within the on-premise channel
- Well-developed written and verbal communication, including excellent presentation skills
- The ability to Fearlessly persevere in overcoming obstacles and setbacks by taking swift and efficient action
- Self-motivation and continuously challenging yourself to achieve the best results possible.
- Demonstrating the drive, initiative and tenacity required to define winning at Bacardi.
- An independent mindset, valuing collaborative decision making, capable of championing ideas with confidence.
