- **Support** policy and program development activities

- **Maintain** accurate records and monitor progress
This role sits within a supportive team that delivers policy and program initiatives aligned with departmental and government priorities.
As an Assistant Policy and Programs Delivery Officer, you will provide day-to-day support in coordinating tasks, managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. Your contribution will help ensure programs run efficiently and meet intended outcomes.

**About you**
- Organised and confident in managing program support tasks
- Skilled in data entry, record keeping, and reporting
- Able to communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable following procedures and meeting deadlines
- Willing to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
**Essential requirements of the role**
- A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment
