**We’re now seeking an innovative individual to ensure an efficient, safe, and welcoming environment at our Leisure Facilities for our community and user groups.**

As our Facility Duty Officer, you will be responsible for assisting all aspects of operations with respect to the presentation and maintenance of the LeisureFit Facilities, including;
- Supervising the daily aquatic and recreation facility operations and ensure that a high level of pool supervision is maintained at all times.
- Responsible for the development and supervision of aquatic service officers.
- Assisting with administrative duties as required including rostering, data entry and the maintaining of licences.
- Conducting maintenance activities including water quality assessments and visual assessments for the pool plant and facility in general to maintain an effective level of operation and meet all relevant legislative requirements.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Essential - Current Pool Operations Certificate
- Essential - Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Essential - Current LIWA Aquatics Accreditation
- Essential - Current Applied First Aid Certificate
- Essential - Current Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate

**Other skills**:

- Previous supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in an aquatic/recreation environment.
- Experience in aquatic and recreation facility operations.
- Experience in undertaking water quality management in line with WA Health Department Act.
- Experience in maintaining and knowledge of pool plantroom operations and equipment.
- Customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound attention to detail skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
