Based in our Sunshine Display Centre, Hot Spring Spas seeks an experienced Sales Professional to engage with our customers in one of the largest and most luxurious Spa Pool, Swim Spa and Sauna showroom environments in Australia.
**Tasks and Responsibilities include**:
- Use a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, including understanding where a customer is on the buyer journey and using key differentiators to demonstrate the value of Hot Spring Spas
- Respond to leads provided from Marketing by further qualifying prospective customers through research in a timely way
- Manage and advance sales qualified leads through the CRM system
- Ensure each sales is followed through with pre and post delivery processes
- Provide advice and guidance about on-site positioning and add value to the purchasing decision
- Make showroom appointments for professional demonstrations and provide a pleasant customer experience for people visiting the showroom for a wet test
- Work collaboratively with marketing to align with current marketing campaigns and to provide feedback as requested
- Attend regular sales meetings and participate in sales coaching, training and development
- Answer customer queries for ongoing service requirements in the showroom, via phone and through Live Chat as required
- Uncover all additional opportunities to cross and upsell
- Give basic technical advice for common customer queries in respect of spa usage and maintenance
- Opening, closing and maintenance of the retail showroom including clear displays of point of sale material, merchandising, setting up of daily administration and general showroom cleanliness
- Oversee and manage consumable inventory, including monthly stock takes and reordering
- Keep up to date with all new products and product enhancements and participate in training as required
- Attend trade shows or expos or offsite promotions to assist with brand promotion and sales
- All other sales and administrative duties as required
**Ideal personal skills, mindset and attributes**:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a salesperson together with the ability to work unsupervised and in sole charge of a showroom. The successful applicant should be highly motivated to give a great customer experience, have a strong ability to problem-solve and be thorough and proactive in their approach to this role.
- Experience as a salesperson skilled in retail showroom high price point selling
- Ability to sell through an emotive decision making process often with multiple decision-makers and personas
- The ability to sell on value rather than on price
- The ability to close sales that may involve finance packages
- Experience with CRM systems
- The ability to follow up after a sale and ensure all delivery requirements are fulfilled
- The ability to up and cross sell
- The ability to give basic technical advice (after training)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $49,742.53 - $137,583.98 per year
