Part Time Reception required to manage a 94 room Lodge in North Sydney.

**Duties include**:

- making bookings either by phone, walk ins or through on line booking agencies.
- Working with our Booking System (RMS) to manage the affairs of the Lodge
- Managing current guest enquiries
- Accepting payments by guests (most payments are made by Direct Credit but there are exceptions
- Ensuring all paperwork is ready for guests about to arrive
- Escorting guests to rooms when first arrive and explain the operations of the Lodge
- Following up on late payments
- Checking all communal areas and ensuring all are in a clean state
- Managing cleaning and maintenance staff to prioritise areas of concern
- Completing a daily Report for the owners

**Requirements**:

- Would suit a student keen on exploring a career in hospitality and keen to leard or alternately an experienced Hotel receptionist wanting a part time role.
- Friendly and confident person prepared to engage with guests and the owners to make the Lodge a happy place for all.

**Salary**: From $27.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
