**About the Role**

We have a range of exciting opportunities for casual **Front of House **staffto join us at Grand Star Receptions and we’d love you to join the team The roles we are on the lookout for are:

- Floor Staff and Runners
- Hosts and Event Staff
- Waitstaff

**About You**

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience in at least one of the roles above, working in a busy hospitality environment. You will also:

- Be friendly, approachable and genuine;
- Have a passion for hospitality and guest service;
- Be a team player with a collaborative working style;
- RSA Certificate Essential
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Great presentation and customer service skills
- Willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team
- Must always be well presented, have a great work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure
- A Positive can-do attitude and the ability to work nights, weekends & public holidays

**Key Duties**
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Maintaining the service area
- Delivery of food and drinks
- Cash handling and register operation
- Knowledge of Food Safety requirements

The successful applicant will be provided with full training and ongoing support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 20 per week
