We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our friendly team on a Full-Time Basis

A Guest Services Agent is the go to person, someone who is highly motivated with a welcoming spirit and is a key part of the daily hotel operations by being responsible for ensuring that all guests are delivered exceptional service through all facets of the operation, and creatively solving any problems that may arise throughout a guests stay.

Reporting to Assistant Manager, the position apart from the normal Front office duties. This role entails providing outstanding guest service in receiving guests and welcoming them in the warmest way possible and answering telephone calls. This role requires on-site receptionist to monitor hotel after hours number and respond to any after-hours calls or emergencies.

On-Site Accommodation is provided as part of the salary package.

The major role of the Hotel receptionist is to ensure that the reception unit of an office runs efficiently,

and that all reception duties are attended to. Along with assisting the management team in overseeing

all day-to-day operations of the hotel, in relation to sales & marketing, finance, staff along with any

daily events, activities and ongoing operations and strategies occurring in a hotel.

  • Experience in MEWS would be advantageous however not essential if you have the right personality
