**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced **Accommodation and Hospitality Manager** to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our holiday accommodation services. This role is responsible for managing guest services, reservations, revenue strategy, outsourced housekeeping, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, compliance, and the leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the accommodation operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise front desk operations and reservation systems, including forecasting, yield management, and third-party OTA relationships.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback across platforms to continuously enhance satisfaction levels.
- Lead, train, and oversee all operational staff including front desk, maintenance, and quality control teams.
- Create and manage rosters, monitor attendance, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of service excellence.
- Liaise with third-party housekeeping providers to ensure hygiene standards, property readiness, and amenity compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
- Develop departmental budgets, authorise expenditure, manage petty cash, and oversee compliance with refund and guest account processes.
- Uphold all compliance obligations including Fair Work legislation, employment laws, OH&S, fire safety, environmental sustainability, and consumer protection standards.
- Implement and deliver mandatory OH&S and emergency procedure training.
- Identify upselling opportunities, cross-promotional campaigns, and support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Keep accurate records and represent Wow Stay at relevant tourism and hospitality events.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the accommodation or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated experience in reservations, guest services, housekeeping management, and maintenance coordination.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, petty cash, and basic accounting procedures.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage staff compliance, performance, and training.
- Familiarity with Australian workplace relations, OH&S standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using PMS software such as NewBook, Resly, or similar (preferred).

**Salary**:
**AUD $73,150- $80,000 per annum**
