**The Person**:

- Customer focused - previous experience in client facing administration, sales or customer service type roles such as hospitality is advantageous
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite and IT proficient
- Ability to work as part of team but also autonomously
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders
