Handyman

**The Role**:
Artesian Hospitality is seeking an experienced and versatile Handyman to join our team on a casual basis, working across multiple venues in Fortitude Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven skills in maintenance and repair work to contribute to the upkeep and presentation of our venues.

Hours will vary week to week, depending on business needs, making this role perfect for someone seeking a casual position to complement a second job or re-enter the workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general handyman and trade duties across multiple venues.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure venues are maintained to a high standard.
- Address minor plumbing tasks, including repairs in bar and restroom areas.
- Repair damages such as broken fixtures, holes in walls, and furniture repairs.
- Assist with the general upkeep and presentation of venues.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate varying business demands.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need**:

- Proven handyman experience in a similar role.
- Own reliable transport.
- A broad range of versatile handyman and trade skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work responsibly with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical capability to move equipment and materials as required.
- Proficiency with power tools and basic repair techniques.
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.
