  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role
  • A can-do attitude, with a strong desire to develop and grow both personally and professionally
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves getting involved with the team on the floor
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Passion for developing and mentoring future leaders – the next generation of hospitality stars
