**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our houses in Tarneit and Werribee. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:
**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the residence
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation and management
- Work according to clients Behavioural Support Plans

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this position
- First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Experience managing behaviours of concern
- Manual handling experience
- Flexible availability across the week in a variety of shifts

**What shifts do we offer**:
We have a variety of shift times available across the week, such as the below:
House 1:

- 7am-10am
- 6am-10am
- 7am-3pm
- 1pm-10pm
- 2pm-11pm
- 11pm-7am (active)

House 2:

- 6am-2pm
- 7am-11am
- 7am-3pm
- 2pm-10pm
- 3pm-11pm
- 11pm-7am (active)
