**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Casual Support Worker** to assist:

- A participant with his **morning routine (7:00am - 9:00am, three days per week)**, supporting him with daily tasks routine.
- A young child with her **afternoon routine (3:00pm - 5:00pm, twice a week)**, supporting her to develop independence in daily living skills, follow exercise routines, and build positive habits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Support routines, exercise, and skill development activities.
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current Police Clearance Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
- Experience in the disability support sector is preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Must have own car, full driver’s licence, and comprehensive insurance.

**Availability**
- Mornings: 7am - 9am, three days per week (Adult participant).
- Afternoons: 3pm - 5pm, two days per week (young child).
