About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team in Tarneit, Deanside, and Glenroy. In this casual role, you will support individuals living with mental health challenges to maintain independence, build life skills, and engage in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs

Support daily routines including social engagement, and community participation

Promote independence and recovery-oriented practices

Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other health professionals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

About You:

Experience or qualification in Mental Health, Community Services, or Disability Support

Understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-based approaches

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
